Whether we like it or not, we currently live in a world in which almost everywhere you look, you see a perfectly formed woman advertising something or other. The ever growing celebrity culture and instant nature of social media mean that there has never been more pressure on people to look ‘perfect’.
With this, there has been increased pressure on women to keep their breasts looking firm and pert. When all you see it celebrities on magazine covers looking idyllic, it can be disheartening when your own body doesn’t quite match up. If your breasts are anything above an ‘A cup’, it is inevitable that they will start to sag at some point, so is there anything that you can do that can help to prevent or reverse the droop?
Most women these days tend to opt for surgery to correct sagging breasts. In recent years, breast surgery and augmentation procedures have become hugely popular among women of all ages. An augmentation procedure is basically the removal of excess tissue which then allows surgeons to tighten the surrounding tissue, ultimately reshaping the breast and adding cleavage.
As with any cosmetic surgery, there are advantages and disadvantages, which have been highlighted by the amount of breast surgery claims in recent years. In addition to being extremely expensive, these surgeries often don’t actually deliver desirable results.
The PPI scandal, for example, has caused controversy by breast procedures and has put a number of women off. We’re sure there are also plenty of women out there that would love to be able to have breast surgery, but simply aren’t able to afford it.
Luckily we’ve listed some natural, risk-free methods in order to get firmer breasts.

These would keep your breasts in place and stop or at least slow down the sagging. You can look for Playtex bra. It is a quality brand.
Cool Down with An Ice Massage
To give your breasts an instant pick up, ice massages can work a treat. They are known to help firm breasts, but be warned – it can be hugely sensitive. Cold temperatures can do two things to the breasts:
- It will strengthen the skin around the breasts.
- It can help to slow down cellular movement. This can prevent them from moving, which ultimately will stop them sagging.
The technique behind an ice massage is to simply place two ice cubes into a plastic bag, then massaging the chest area for a minute each. It is important to not go over do it, as it can make your breasts super sensitive!
